Frequently asked questions
Where should I put the phone to film a baseball game?
High up behind home plate, above the backstop: the angle shows the pitcher, the batter and the whole infield. A second phone on the first-base side gives the side view of the swing.
Do I need to install an app?
No. TactiCam runs in the phone's browser. You can add it to the home screen to find it like an app, but nothing gets installed.
Who can see the videos?
Only team members. Videos are never public and are hosted in Switzerland. A share link can be issued for a specific case, and revoked.
