Frequently asked questions
Where should I put the phone to film a water polo match?
High up, in the stands or on a gallery, level with the half-way line: the whole pool fits in the frame. At the water's edge the angle is too flat. Keep the phone away from splashes.
Do I need to install an app?
No. TactiCam runs in the phone's browser. You can add it to the home screen to find it like an app, but nothing gets installed.
Who can see the videos?
Only team members. Videos are never public and are hosted in Switzerland. A share link can be issued for a specific case, and revoked.
