Filming field hockey today, and with TactiCam
Without a tool
The game is fast and low, and it reads badly from the sideline. Set pieces, on the other hand, are worked in detail — but reviewing them means finding each one in a continuous recording.
With TactiCam
You no longer anticipate the play: you press after seeing it, and the app retrieves the seconds that have just passed. By the end of the session you have a dozen short clips instead of a one-hour file — each one chosen by you, in the moment.
Three situations where it makes a difference
The penalty corner
Push-out, stop, strike: three actions in two seconds. Each attempt becomes its own clip, replayed in slow motion.
Building out of defence
It is judged on body orientation before receiving, not on the pass itself.
The high press
The gap between the lines requires seeing the whole pitch: two merged phones give that width.
Annotated, discussed, shared
Every clip is annotated straight on screen — arrow, circle, area — and sent to the players concerned. They reply under the video, with nothing to install.

Frequently asked questions
Is one phone enough for a field hockey pitch?
For half a pitch, yes. For the full pitch, panorama mode merges two phones and covers the whole width without losing sharpness at the edges.
Do I need to install an app?
No. TactiCam runs in the phone's browser. You can add it to the home screen to find it like an app, but nothing gets installed.
Who can see the videos?
Only team members. Videos are never public and are hosted in Switzerland. A share link can be issued for a specific case, and revoked.
