Filming badminton today, and with TactiCam
Without a tool
In badminton everything happens in under a second: the recovery to the centre, the plant before the smash, how high the shuttle is taken. The coach sees it live without being able to show it, and the player does not feel what is going wrong.
With TactiCam
You no longer anticipate the play: you press after seeing it, and the app retrieves the seconds that have just passed. By the end of the session you have a dozen short clips instead of a one-hour file — each one chosen by you, in the moment.
Three situations where it makes a difference
The recovery
After every shot, getting back to the centre decides the next one. The clip shows the two missing steps, not just the shuttle.
The short serve
In doubles the serve is played to the centimetre. Each serve becomes a short clip, replayed in slow motion with the player.
Rotation in doubles
Front-and-back in attack, side-by-side in defence: the switch is hard to see from the side. Filmed from the back, it reads clearly.
Annotated, discussed, shared
Every clip is annotated straight on screen — arrow, circle, area — and sent to the players concerned. They reply under the video, with nothing to install.

Frequently asked questions
How do I film a badminton match?
Place the phone behind the court, high up and in line: you see both halves and the full depth of the movement. To correct a stroke, film from the side at net height.
Do I need to install an app?
No. TactiCam runs in the phone's browser. You can add it to the home screen to find it like an app, but nothing gets installed.
Who can see the videos?
Only team members. Videos are never public and are hosted in Switzerland. A share link can be issued for a specific case, and revoked.
